Check the reps who are currently on your team. Only active reps appear in the rep picker dropdowns and the Rep Summary card view. The All Quotes and Manager tabs still show all data. If all boxes are checked (or none), every rep is considered active.

Set the global margin and commission rates, or override them per rep. Leave a rep's fields blank to use the global defaults. Changes take effect immediately on all commission and GP calculations.

Exclude former reps to permanently hide them and all their quotes from every tab. Excluded reps can be restored at any time — no data is deleted.

Login history and usage time for each user. Usage is estimated from API activity (30-min idle gap = new session).

All data files (overrides, config, users, manual quotes, activity) are automatically backed up on server start and every 6 hours. Up to 30 backups are kept.

Scans the loaded quotes for potential duplicates (same rep + project name), missing fields, and stale quotes with no contact in 90+ days.
